North Korea agrees to begin disarming February 13, 2007

CBS news reports this morning that North Korea agreed Tuesday to take “first steps” toward dismantling its nuclear arms beginning first with its main reactor and then within 60 days it agrees to total disarmament of its atomic weapons program.

The price for disarmament, however, is not small.  How much, you ask?  After the downpayment of 50k barrels of heavy oil aid, the remainder comes in at around 950,000 barrels of HFO.
